What we collect
- Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We do not receive or store card numbers. Stripe shares with us only what is needed to recognise a completed contribution.
- Contact details you volunteer — if you email us or submit a form.
- Basic request data — our host, Cloudflare, processes IP address and request metadata to serve and protect the site.
- An anonymous per-visit identifier may be set to distinguish visits. It is not linked to your name and is not sold.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Retention
Contribution records are retained as long as required for accounting and legal obligations. Correspondence is retained while it is useful for support.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Email [email protected].
Third parties
Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting and protection) process data on our behalf under their own policies.
