Contributions are non-refundable
All contributions to JustSendOne are final. Because each contribution triggers the generation of a unique collectible, they cannot be reversed once made.
The exceptions we will always honour
- Unauthorised payment. If a payment was made without the cardholder's permission, contact us and we will refund it.
- Duplicate charge. A genuine double-charge for a single intended contribution is refunded in full.
- Technical failure. If you were charged but the collectible was never issued, we will either issue it or refund you — your choice.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with the payment date and amount. We aim to respond within five business days.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you, including any chargeback right your card issuer provides.
