JustSendOne ("Service") is an AI-powered cold email generation tool operated by Garnet Grid Consulting LLC ("we," "us," "our"). The Service generates personalized cold email drafts based on user-provided inputs.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Generate emails for spam, harassment, or unlawful solicitation
• Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable email regulations
• Misrepresent the AI-generated content as human-written when required by law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Service

3. Free Tier & Paid Plans

The free tier provides 3 email generations per day. Paid plans offer increased limits and additional features. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

4. AI-Generated Content

All emails are generated by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any emails produced by the Service.

5. Data & Privacy

We do not store the content of your generated emails beyond the current session. Input data (target names, roles, goals) is processed in real-time and not persisted. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of generated emails, including lost business opportunities, replies, or legal claims resulting from email outreach.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
